Lean Ground Beef and Carrots Spring Rolls Recipe

I like this and i enjoy doing it.

Directions

  1. Place the ground beef and shredded carrots in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. gently separate the spring roll wrappers and set them on a plate.
  4. *place a moist paper towel between every five wrappers or so to make them more pliable.
  5. Lay a wrapper on a cutting board and place a heaping tablespoon of the meat filling in the lower center of the wrapper.
  6. Use your hand to shape the filling into a 3-inch log. Bring the bottom of the wrapper up over the filling.
  7. Fold the sides inwards and roll up the spring rolls.
  8. Heat up the pan and pour canola oil for mid-deep frying.
  9. Turn over each rolls for an even cook.
  10. Transfer each rolls onto a platter with paper towel.
  11. Serve with sweet-chili dip.
