Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 x Bananas, sliced
  • 1 pkt 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 3 1/2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt 4 ounce ea Jello Instant Vanilla pudding/pie filling
  • 1 can 20 ounce crushed pineapple liquid removed
  • 1 tub (8 ounce) Cold Whip, thawed note, light or possibly lo-fat can be substituted where able

Directions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine or possibly butter in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Press proportionately onto bottom of pan. Arrange banana slices on crust. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk till smooth. Gradually beat in lowfat milk. Add in pudding mixes. Beat till well blended and thickened. Spread proportionately over banana slices. Spoon pineapple proportionately over pudding mix. Spread cold whip over pineapple. Chill 3 hrs or possibly till ready to serve.
