Ingredients

  • 1 c. Elbow Macaroni
  • 4 c. Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 x Cucumber, diced
  • 2 c. Ham, julienned
  • 1 x Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 10 ounce Frzn peas, partially thawed
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise, (up to 1 1/2 c)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on package - drain and refrigeratewell.
  2. In large salad bowl (about 3 qt size) - layer lettuce, cucumber, macaroni, ham, onion and peas. Carefully spread mayonnaise over peas.
  3. Sprinkle dill weed over mayonnaise and carefully blend in.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover well and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. Toss just before serving. makes 6 servings
