Directions

  1. Trim all the fat from the chops
  2. Brown the chops on both sides in the hot oil and season
  3. Slit each chop across and push in a square of feta cheese
  4. Sprinkle with Origanum
  5. Brush each phyllo pastry sheet with melted butter and wrap around a chop
  6. Brush with more butter and bake for 15- 20 minutes or until crisp and golden.
