Lagman is a traditional Uzbek food. In this variation I use noodle instead of special dough and sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil noodle. At this time:
  2. Cut beef, potatoes and half of carrot by 1x1cm pieces
  3. Slice onion and grate half of carrot
  4. Put oil in pan on the medium fire, put in onion, fry until it become transparent, add grated carrot, fry it a little, add beef pieces fry until it become gray, add potatoes and carrot pieces (see third picture), add water, species, boil under the cover until potatoes get prepared
  5. Serve in bowls, put noodle on bottom, pour with sauce, put sliced greens upon it (see first picture).
