  • 3 tablespoons lightly salted dry roasted peanut, coarsely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, diagonally sliced
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (or chile paste)
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 8 (6") corn tortillas
  • 2-3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
