Ingredients

  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 6 crackers (soda) rolled fine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 c. cream or possibly 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees 15 min and 350 degrees, 45 min.
