Ingredients
1 c. pumpkin
6 crackers (soda) rolled fine
1 egg
1 T flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 c. cream or possibly 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
Stir all ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees 15 min and 350 degrees, 45 min.
