Ingredients
- 3 c. Matzoh farfel
- 5 x Large eggs, separated
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 stk melted margarine
- 2 c. Apple sauce
- 1 can Crushed pineapple
Directions
- Wet farfel. Beat yolks, salt, sugar, and margarine. Mix with farfel. Add in applesauce, pineapple, cinnamon. Beat whites till stiff. Mix in with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
