Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2/3 c. ripe peeled minced kiwi fruit
Directions
- Combine wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. Combine both mixtures together, do not over blend.
- Stir in kiwi fruit.
- Fill muffin c. 1/2 to 2/3 full Bake in a preheated 400F till tested done, about 20 to 25 min. About 12 standard muffins
