Kitsy's Breakfast Casserole Recipe

• 2 lbs? hot sausage! cooked and drained
• 10 slices stale bread, remove crust and cut into squares
• 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 6 eggs, slightly beaten
• 3 cups half & half cream
• 1 tsp. brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 1 tsp. minced onion
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. Lea & Perrin
• 1/8 tsp. cayenne
