Ingredients

  • 390 gm pork mince
  • 1 packet (40 pieces) dumpling wrappers, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tsp kimchi juice
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp water
  • ¼ cups boiling water, for cooing dumplings
  • Marinade:
  • 1½ Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3½ tsp cornflour / cornstarch
  • 1 tsp shaoxing wine
  • sesame oil, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste
