1 can sauerkraut (16-oz)
1 c. dry white wine
2 x bay leaves
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
6 x peppercorns
1 lb Kielbasa sausage sliced

Directions

Combine onion, sauerkraut, wine, bay leaves, caraway seeds and peppercorns
in heavy large saucepan. Cover and simmer mix 30 min. Add in sausage and simmer 20 min. Throw away bay leaves and serve.
Serves 4.
