  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Whole lowfat milk Salt to taste Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Grated white Cheddar cheese
  • 2 lb Tatter Tots - (1 bag) thawed

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9- by 9- by 2-inch square baking dish with the butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Large eggs and lowfat milk together. Season the mix with salt and pepper. Add in 1 c. of the Cheddar cheese, 1 c. of the White Cheddar cheese and the tatter tots. Mix the mix thoroughly. Pour the mix into the prepared pan and sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 min or possibly till the top is golden brown-brown.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
