Ingredients
- 2 stk butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Peanut butter
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 quart Oatmeal
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Cream first 4 ingredients till light & fluffy. Stir in Large eggs & vanilla. Fold in oats, soda & salt alternately with lowfat milk. Drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
