Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
  • 5 ounce Whipped topping
  • 1 x Nine-inch ready made graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. I made this pie for father's day, and my dad just ADORED it. So did I... I'm going to have to make him another one to account for all the pcs I ate! It's very refreshing.
  2. Blend cream cheese and condensed lowfat milk till very smooth. Add in lime juice
  3. (fresh-squeezed is best, with bits of pulp) and mix. Stir in thawed whipped topping and pour into crust. Freeze for a hard pie or possibly chill for six hrs. YUM!
  4. You cannot get much easier than which. I cut up the lime rind and spelled out
  5. "DAD" on top of the pie. It was cold. Next time I will try it with all low-fat ingredients.
