Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers~
  • Key Lime Fruit Dip
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 T Chobani Blended Key Lime Yogurt
  • 2 T sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 T key lime juice
  • 1/4 t vanilla extract
  • 1/2 t grated key lime rind
  • In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat cream cheese, yogurt. sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract until creamy
  • Stir in lime rind
  • Cover and refrigerate one hour
  • Dip will keep for 2 days refrigerated
  • Key Lime, Fruit Dip, Fruit
  • Fruit Kabobs:
  • Strawberries, washed and hulled
  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • (Canned) Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 2 T key lime juice
  • Thread whole strawberries, pineapple chunks and sliced kiwi on skewers
  • Drizzle with key lime juice
  • Serve Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs and
  • Graham crackers
