  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Coat an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray Crust: beat margarine, cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar with electric mixer till light and fluffy. Bean in egg yolk and gradually ass 3/4 c. flour. Spreas into baking dish using hands (coat hands with 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar to prevent batter from sticking). Bake till crust is lightly browned about 15 min.
  2. Filling: Beat egg and egg substitute in the same bowl used fo make curst. Add in remaining 1 c. of sugar and 2 Tbsp. of flour: beat on low speed till blended. Add in lime juice, beat on low speed till blended. Pour onto hot crust and bake 15 min more.
  3. Cold on a rack. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar and cut into 16 squares.
