Directions

  1. Heat ghee and fry almond pieces till crispy and light brown in color.
  2. Add raisins and continue to fry for another 2 mins.
  3. Remove and keep aside.
  4. Pour water, add sugar and saffron.
  5. When boiling, add semolina.
  6. Stir in while ensuring that semolina doesn't remain lumpy.
  7. Cook till it's almost dry.
  8. Combine the fried almond pieces and raisins.
  9. Continue to stir these inside.
  10. Pour mixture into a greased pan.
  11. Spread evenly and cut into pieces.
