Ingredients

  • Full cream milk-1 lt
  • Lemon juice-3tbsp
  • Powdered sugar-2tbsp
  • Saffron-1pinch
  • Milk-2tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil full cream milk
  2. Add lemon juice
  3. Strain in a cheese cloth and hang for 1 hour
  4. Soak saffron in 2tbsp milk
  5. Take a heavy bottom pan and fry the paneer till all the water is lost
  6. Add sugar and mash the paneer nicely
  7. Add saffron milk and mix again
  8. Make small balls and press in the centre
  9. Garnish with pistachios and saffron strand
  10. Serve chilled
