Ingredients
- 125 gm Cashewnuts
- 3 x Cardamoms
- 75 gm Ghee
- 12 x 5 g sultanas
- 250 gm Semolina
- 250 ml Lowfat milk
- 125 gm Sugar
- 3 tsp Rose water
- 1/2 tsp Rose essence
Directions
- Roughly chop the cashewnuts and crush the car- damoms. Heat the ghee and fry the cashewnuts till a golden. Drain and remove. Fry the sultanas in the same oil, drain and remove. Add in the semolina to the pan and roast over a moderate heat till it is a golden. Heat the lowfat milk in another pan, add in the sugar and when it has dissolved pour onto the semolina. Cook till the liquid has been absorbed mix well and add in the cashewnuts, cardamom, sultanas nas, rose water and rose essence. Stir well.
