  • Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves: 3-4
  • Cinnamon: 1 inchi
  • Whole peppercorns: 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves: 2 sprigs
  • Salt 1/2 to 1 tsp (according to taste)
  • Thin Coconut milk: 1 cup
  • Thick coconut milk: 1/2 to 3/4 cup
