Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced pecan
- 3 tsp Bourbon
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Mrs. Butterworth's syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 x unbaked pie shell
Directions
- SOAK pecans in Bourbon. Set aside. In mixing bowl, BEAT butter, sugar and Large eggs till fluffy. BLEND in syrup, salt and vanilla. Add in chocolate chips. POUR filling into pie crust. SPRINKLE with pecans. BAKE in 375 degree F oven for 45 to 50 min.
- Makes one 9 inch pie.
