  1. Layer 1: 2 large cans bean dip (preferrably Frito Lay)
  2. drain any water from cans and spread on bottom of a rectangular cake dish
  3. Layer 2: 3 avocados peeled and crushed2 tbsp. lemon juicesprinkling of garlic saltmix 3 ingredients well and spread over bean dip
  4. Layer 3: 16 ounce. sour cream1 pkg. taco seasoning mixmix well and spread over avocado layer
  5. Layer 4: 1 bunch green onions, minced fine - spread over lowfat sour cream layer
  6. Layer 5: 2 large tomatoes, sliced, seeds removed, patted dry on paper towels, and dicedspread over onions
  7. Layer 6: small can sliced black olives, liquid removed, patted dry, and choppedspread over tomatoes
  8. Layer 7: 4-8 ounce. cheddar cheese, grated - spread over black olives
