Ingredients
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1/4 c. black pepper
- 1/4 c. sweet paprika
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. onion pwdr
- 4 tsp good-quality chili pwdr or possibly pwdr ancho chilies
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or possibly to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd oregano
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store unused spice mix in an airtight container.
- Note: If you do not like an individual spice, just omit it or possibly substitute one of your favorites.
