Ingredients

  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 lb (450g) spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Polish sausage, sliced into coins
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried red pepper flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 bunch (12 to 14 oz/340g to 400g) dinosaur kale, stems removed and finely sliced
