  • 1 bunch (7 oz/200g) dinosaur (lacinato) kale
  • 2 tbsp (20g) pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbsp shiro miso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
