  1. Beat Large eggs on low till lite yellowAdd sugar a little at a time & beat well after each addition In a pan, place 1 qt of lowfat milk & bring to boil Add in to egg & sugar mix - mix wellPut in junket tablets that have been dissolved in water Put in freezer - fill with lowfat milk
