Ingredients

  • 4 quart Lowfat milk, whole
  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 3 x Junket tablets
  • 2 Tbsp. Water, cool
  • 1 pt Cream

Directions

  1. Dissolve tablets in cool water. Have milke lukewarm. Add in sugar and dissolve tablets and vanilla. Put in freezer till set. When thick, add in 1 pt cream and freeze.
  2. Makes 1 1/2 G.
