Ingredients

  • 6 x Large eggs, hard-boiled & peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt & pepper Miracle Whip salad dressing Paprika

Directions

  1. Boil the Large eggs for 20 min. Drain Large eggs and run cool water over them.
  2. When cold sufficient to handle, remove shells. With a sharp knife, slice Large eggs length-wise, placing the white pcs on a plate and the yolks in a shallow bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add in about 1 Tbsp. vinegar for each 6 Large eggs, salt & pepper, and sufficient Miracle Whip to make the yoks fluffy and smooth. Fill the white pcs generously. Lightly sprinkle with paprika. Refrigeratebefore serving.
