Jolly Rancher Pops

This is something kindda fun and refreshing for summer! The Youngest remembered I was going to make Jolly Rancher Ornaments for my nieces at Christmas, but sadly that never happened-maybe next year-and since he had a 3.75 POUND bag of Jolly Ranchers on hand, he thought he would give suckers a try. I’m sure there is a recipe somewhere, but we winged it and came up with this.

He preheated the oven to 325 degrees, laid out 6 unwrapped Jolly Ranchers in a rectangle on a baking sheet covered with a Silpat liner, put in the oven and baked for about 5 minutes, added a bamboo skewer, let cool and wa-la–perfect Jolly Rancher Pops.

I think going forward, he will have a lot of fun mixing the colors and flavors…
