  • 1 Jiffy white cake mix
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. plus 1 T salad oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 T lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Fold in order.
  2. Put half of batter in greased and lightly floured 8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle half of filling over batter. Then remaining batter, then remaining filling. Bake about 30-35 min in 375 degree oven. Cool before cutting 5-10 min.
  3. Mix and pour over cake.
