Ingredients
- 4 x boneless center-cut pork chops, (1 1/4 to 1 1/2" thick)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over pork chops in plastic bag.
- Seal. Chill for 24 hrs. Remove chops from marinade; reserve marinade. Broil chops 5 inches from heat (oven or possibly grill), turning once, for 12-15 min. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. Do not overcook.
- Note: This is low-cal and low-cholesterol (about 240 per chop). If you do not care for garlic, use just one clove.
