Ingredients
- 1 x 30 gram package JELL-O Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 x 250 gram package PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Light Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Cold WHIP Light Whipped Topping
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE CAFE Instant Coffee, Beverage, Light Swiss Mocha
- 3 x squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated
Directions
- PREPARE pudding according to package directions. Beat in cream cheese. Mix in whipped topping.
- MIX boiling water with coffee beverage.
- LINE bottom of 6 glass mugs or possibly parfait glasses with 6 minced ladyfingers. Sprinkle coffee over ladyfingers, top with 1/2 of the pudding and sprinkle with 1/2 a square grated BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate4 hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavours.
- Tip: The unsweetened chocolate works perfectly in this dish, complimented by the sweetness of the other ingredients.
