Ingredients

  • 4 x Chicken breast halves
  • 2 cl Garlic, mashed
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine parmesan, salt and pepper. Flatten chicken breasts (if you like).
  2. Heat garlic in butter to heat. Cold slightly. Mix half of the garlic butter with the lowfat sour cream. Lather each breast with the lowfat sour cream mix. Roll in parmesan mix. Place breasts in foil-lined baking dish.Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 25 to 30 min. Baste often with remaining garlic butter. During last 5 min, run under the broiler to brown the cheese.
  3. Serve with linguine. Cover with sauce in pan and additional parmesan if you like.
