Ingredients

  • 60 g Konnyaku Noodles or Glass Noodles
  • 8 Large Cooked Prawns, chilled
  • 50 g Small Cooked Prawns, chilled
  • ½ Carrots, julienned
  • ½ Cucumber, julienned
  • A small handful of Dry Wakame, soaked in boiled water (about 5g)
  • Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Sea Salt to taste
