  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar, sugarcane, champagne, or possibly white-wine
  • 1 pch brown sugar Coarse salt Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounce mesclun salad greens

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk in extra virgin olive oil, and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add in greens, and toss to coat thoroughly with dressing; your hands are the best tools for this job.
  2. Serves 4.
