Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (can use any fruit you like)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • nuts (optional) (I use walnuts because they are supposed to be good for cholesterol, too.)
