Ingredients

  • 4 x Skinnless chicken, (thighs will work fine) (remove the skin and fat)
  • 1/2 c. Or possibly more of corn starch, ds Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Real Lemon concentrate,
  • 1/4 c. Soy Sauce, (lite for those who must)
  • 1/4 c. Teriyoki sauce,
  • 2 x Large eggs,
  • 3 x Egg whites, ( or possibly egg substiture 4 those who must use it)

Directions

  1. Whish together the dipping sauce. Dip chicken into the liquid mix, then into the starch. Place the chicken into glass dish whick has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Repeat till dish is filled in a rectangle dish. Microwave on high 12 min. Take out remain liquid mix onto chicken, return to microwave make sure which dish has been turned halfway from the origional direction. Microwave another 12 min. Serve with rice.
