Directions

  1. Bake sweet potatoes and remove sufficient to measure 3 cups. Add in sugar, butter, large eggs, flour and vanilla; beat by hand till well blended. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle topping over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.Note: The topping will be moist and sticky when mixed, so break apart and crumble on casserole with fingers.
