Ingredients
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Lime juice
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 c. Sugar
- 5 lrg Ripe bananas, thinly sliced
Directions
- Yields sufficient to fill six 8-oz jars.
- 1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine all ingredients, except bananas, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 2. Add in bananas and lower heat to a simmer, stirring regularly till mix is thick.
- 3. Ladle into warm, sterilized jars and seal immediately according to instructions accompanying your particular type of canning jars.
