  1. My friends wife gave me this recipe about four years ago for a party I was having for Christmas. It was an immediate hit and I have been serving it whenever I roast a turkey. It was such a hit which I make extra in a casserole dish.
  2. 1. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with sufficient water to moisten.
  3. 2. Add in the Large eggs, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and pepper, mix well.
  4. 3. Place stuffing in a bowl or possibly casserole dish. If using a casserole dish, bake uncovered at 375 F. for 35 to 45 min.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
