Scrumptious Italian Sweet Sausage with red and green bell peppers, makes a great lunch option.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Italian Sweet Sausage (in casing)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper slices
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper slices
- 1/4 onion sliced thinly
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saute pan add olive oil on medium heat, cut sausage into links (about 4" long) saute until cook thoroughly, add bell pepper slices, onions, garlic salt, black pepper and saute until tender
- Plate and serve.
