Ingredients

Pizza Dough 2 lbs homemade click here or store bought
Homemade Sausage Recipe or 1 lb store bought mild or hot
1 green bell pepper or two long hots seeded and sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine I use Pinot Grigio
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
grated cheese
2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
pizza sauce
extra virgin olive oil
Saute the loose sausage in 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
add the pepper, mushrooms and all seasoning to taste. Add around 1/4 cup white wine
