1 sm loaf:
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, unbleached
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 lrg loaf:
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 c. all-purpose flour, unbleached
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add in oil. Add in flour and salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
