Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese cut in bits
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margerine
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce Fettuccine cooked and liquid removed
Directions
- In large saucepan combine cream cheese, parmesan, butter and lowfat milk, stirring constantly till smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Serve warm.
