  1. Have Large eggs at room temperature, separated. Beat white first. Mix sugar, margarine, Crisco and yolks well. Add in buttermilk and flour alternately.
  2. Mix in 5 egg whites. Add in nuts, coconut and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
  3. ICING:Have cheese at room temperature. Add in remaining ingredients, blending well.
  4. Ice cake.
