Ingredients

  • 2 # chicken breasts
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 ( 7.3 oz) jar diced mushrooms
  • 1 rib celery,diced
  • 1 c onions, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp Tony's Chachere's seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4c. red wine
  • 1 Tab. Cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. Cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp.black

Directions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Mix cornstarch & water, then add in all other ingred.
  3. Pour over ck.and cook on LOW FOR 6-8 hrs.
