Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread (Italian, Vienna or possibly French), cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 to 1 pound Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt or possibly pwdr
  • Green onions (minced)

Directions

  1. Butter both halves of bread liberally. Sprinkle with garlic, add in cheese and onions. Bake at 350 degrees till brown, approximately 30 min.
