Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread (Italian, Vienna or possibly French), cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 to 1 pound Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Butter
- Garlic salt or possibly pwdr
- Green onions (minced)
Directions
- Butter both halves of bread liberally. Sprinkle with garlic, add in cheese and onions. Bake at 350 degrees till brown, approximately 30 min.
