Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Cider vineger
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 lb B & S chicken breasts
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. O.j.
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Rom extract
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Chicken: Combine all, except last 3 ingredients, in a plastic bag and squish to blend. Add in chicken toss to coat. refrigerate2-3 hrs. Remove and broil 6-8 min. Cut into strips and serve on a bed of lettuce and assorted veggies. Top with dressing.
  2. Dressing: Combine, refrigerateand pour over salad.
