Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Irish Cream Liqueur

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, mix first six ingredients, blend well. Pour into 1 cup metal Jello tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. In small bowl, put together remaining ingredients, blend well. While cakes are still warm, poke holes in them and pour liqueur mix over them. Let cool before removing from pan.
